About Me

Carol Davis is a distinguished leader in the defense and national security sector, renowned for her strategic vision and operational expertise. As Partner, President, and Chief Strategy Officer of Gryphon Technologies, she was a key leader guiding the company to become a premier provider of digital engineering, cyber solutions, cloud migration, and predictive analytics for national security organizations. During her tenure, Gryphon expanded significantly from a small business to over $300M in annual revenue culminating in its 2021 acquisition by ManTech International Corporation.

Prior to Gryphon, Carol held executive positions at several large Department of Defense contractors.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Carol is deeply committed to supporting military personnel transitioning to civilian careers. She co-founded the Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF) (originally known as Your Grateful Nation) in 2011, which has since assisted over 700 Special Operations veterans in finding new missions in the civilian sector.

Carol’s dedication to education is evident from her service on the Board of Visitors at Marymount University from 2011 to 2017, where she contributed to advancing the institution’s mission and academic programs.

Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to national security and veteran affairs have established Carol Davis as a respected figure in both the defense industry and the veteran support community.
