Our Story
What began with a simple question over a dinner conversation between four executives and members of the Navy SEAL raid on the Bin Laden compound, “What are you going to do next?” has evolved into a four-phased program tailored for the transition experience for Special Operators of all services.
Only 1% of Americans serve in our military, which is approximately 3 million people at any given time. Within those 3 million, you only have around 15,000 Special Operations leaders.
These men and women are incredibly unique, highly educated, decorated leaders, and built never to quit. They comprise the top 3% of all US Military Forces with special skills and advanced degrees, ready to pursue their next career. These are our Army Special Forces (“Green Berets”), 75th Ranger Regiment, Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA), Army Special Operations Civil Affairs (SOF CA), Army Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Navy SEALs and Special Boat Teams (SBTs), Marine Special Operations Raiders, Air Force Special Operations to include Special Operations Pilots, Combat Controllers, (CCT) and Special Tactics Officers (STO), and Joint Special Mission Units.
When they are done serving our country and looking to find their next leadership career in the corporate world, they often are lost on how to make the transition and get connected with the right people who can make a difference and move the needle. SOTF provides coaching and business connectivity to help our Fellows identify, prepare, and execute their transition plan. We facilitate unique interactive workshops for Fellows with top-tier business leaders to meet and explore career opportunities.
