Since 2013, SOTF has transitioned over 950 Special Operators into over 500 of our Nation’s highest-performing companies across American communities. In 2025, SOTF assisted more than 450 Special Operators and their families in transitioning to civilian communities, with nearly 200 Operators successfully finding their next careers.
