About Me

Gareth Gorman, SOTF’s Director of Programs, leverages his firsthand experience as an SOTF alumnus to guide Special Operations Forces operators through successful career transitions. A retired Green Beret with 21 years of military service, Gareth’s time in service includes 15 deployments and leadership roles at various echelons.

Gareth’s successful transition through the SOTF program gives him a unique and informed perspective, providing him with the expertise to support other veterans. In his prior role with SOTF, he led development and cultivated key relationships, driving the organization’s mission and fundraising efforts.

Gareth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Human Resources, and his extensive leadership experience uniquely positions him to support SOTF and its Fellows. Married with two children, he is dedicated to making a difference for veterans and their families.
