Kerry Black
Phase II Executive Coach
About Me
Over the last 26 years, Kerry has built a distinguished career in South Florida, where she served her family and started and led several non-profit organizations with her husband, connecting and mentoring current and future community leaders.
Kerry served as Co-Founder and Board Member for Latin Impact Ministries and recently dedicated her efforts as CEO for the South Dade Chamber of Commerce, where she, along with the board and staff, successfully transformed the chamber’s vision, mission, and direction that ultimately created a robust pro-business culture in the entire South Dade region. During her tenure, Kerry was responsible for creating a new mission and vision while contributing to the chamber’s best renewal season in decades and throughout the pandemic. Her efforts also led to a fully restored reputation and financial status through successful fundraising and increased board and staff engagement, leading to vastly improved productivity.
For several years, Kerry also worked with numerous commanders from the 482d FW and SOCSOUTH helping Airmen and SOF to develop healthy, strong personal and professional relationships.
Kerry serves the SOTF as a Phase II Executive Coach, distributing her wisdom and extensive experience in the business community to develop SOTF Fellows and provide top-tier professionalism. Along with the Phase I and Phase III coaches and the rest of the SOTF Program Team, Kerry has played a vital role in the successful transition of over 140 SOTF Fellows into their next successful career.
