About Me
With a corporate career spanning over 35 years, Kimm brings a depth of knowledge and professional insight into the recruiting, development, retention, promotion, and transition of executive talent in the Chemicals, Energy, Engineering, Defense, and Advanced Materials industries.
Apart from partnering with other executives to select internal and external candidates for Manager, Director, Vice President, and C-level roles, Kimm has trained interviewers, led talent acquisition campaigns, and negotiated compensation packages with senior-level candidates and retained search recruiters.
As an executive performance and transition coach, current and emerging executives have worked with Kimm to create and improve stakeholder relationships, expand their emotional intelligence, execute successful transition strategies between roles or organizations, and increase their leadership presence, impact, and talent stewardship.
Before joining the SOTF Team, Kimm supported members of the Special Operations community as a volunteer career transition coach through another VSO. He also organized and led the startup of an Employee Resource Group (ERG) within a global specialty chemicals company to increase the visibility and awareness of veterans within the company for its US and international locations.
