Steven Franco

About Me

Steven Franco is the founder and CEO of Rodos Realty Partners, Rodos Realty Advisors, and Beachworx—Innovative Coworking Spaces. His professional experience spans nearly 30 years in commercial real estate. He’s managed the acquisition, development, redevelopment, leasing, and management of commercial properties totaling several billion dollars in asset value and hundreds of millions in deal transactions. Steven is an expert in devising and implementing creative business strategies to maximize property values. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas and a Georgia and Florida real estate broker’s license. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the board of Walton County’s Habitat for Humanity, as a Trustee Member of One Okaloosa Economic Development Council, as a co-founder of Destin Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Committee, and as a Board of Directors Trustee Member of the Sea Shul congregation.
